Carrie Underwood is only 28 years old but last year, she made a whoopping $15 million from the successful tour and a starring role in the Hollywood movie, Soul Surfer. That makes her #19 in the Forbes’ annual list of “Top-Paid Celebs Under 30″. Other celebrities were already not a surprise making it into this list: Justin Bieber, Roger Federer, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna, and Katy Perry.
