Here are a couple of American Idol news found for this day. I suppose that there are too many Idols so it would be better if I sum it all up in one post. Let’s start with the recent champ, Scotty McCreery. The 17 year old crooner from Garner, NC will be turning 18 this 9th of October 2011. It’s a double celebration for McCreery considering his debut album will be hitting the street by the 4th of October 2011. TV guesting includes appearances on Regis and Kelly, The Tonight’s Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen deGeneres Show, and others I couldn’t remember. Next is Stefano Langone, I think the guy is now signed to a label. Expect his album soon.
American Idol News – 28th September 2011
Chris Daughtry will be releasing a brand new album by the 21st of November 2011
American Idol Season 5 finalist, Chris Daughtry, will be releasing a new album by the 21st of November 2011. This will be the third album of Daughtry. While I am a big fan of the 1st Daughtry album, the 2nd album didn’t get my attention that much. Really looking forward in this 3rd effort. Hope that it’ll be as good as the debut, or perhaps even better than the debut. Maybe I expect too much on Daughtry’s 2nd album. The debut is so good, it’s what I call: all killer no filler album. When I played the 2nd album, I’m a bit disappointed, but that’s just me. Anyways, Chris Daughtry is keeping all the fans updated. Last 8th of September 2011, he tweeted: “Just got some great news!!!! I know what our first 2 singles are! I’ll spill the beans in the next few days.” He added, “As for the album title…I can truly say I don’t know what it is yet. Keep ya posted.” and recently, Chris Daughtry once again tweeted: “Hey!!! New Daughtry album release date is confirmed! November 21st!!!….stay tuned”
American Idol Alum Booking Fees
So, do you want your American Idol to sing on your birthday? Or perhaps on your wedding? These guys could be really good wedding singers, couldn’t they? As long as you’re willing to pay the booking fee, they are good to go! But how much really will it cost for an American Idol alum or champ (you choose) to sing in my birthday? Well, it depends. Carrie Underwood can sing great, so that might cost you an arm and a leg! Blake Lewis can sing too but not great so that means he might cost a little for his beat-boxing. Boo ya, let me list some of the booking fees from these people gathering a million votes! Well, I’m really dreaming Katharine McPhee to sing in my birthday but unfortunately, her fees wasn’t even mentioned on the list so maybe it all ranges from $10K like Blake Lewis, lol!
